A few pics that summarizes my last meeting with Geoff.

When in Ottawa for LIA strategy sessions the Ridenau canal finally froze up and Geoff was kind enough to take me skating on the canal for my birthday. Later on he - and Clive - took me to a soul food restaurant where they served all kinds of goodies, including a nicely decorated birthday cake and great bourbon lemonade.

Geoff's time with WWF

This book contains some of our many good memories of Geoff when we had to pleasure of working with him. His efforts to help us ensuring that Polar Bears remain with us all for many generations to come have been extraordinary. But above all, Geoff has reached out as a person and friend. With these anekdotes and pictures we would like to help him remind us and his yellow friends of the Arctic. This is however not a goodbye and Geoff better organises a campground in Montana quickly as we all intend to come and visit him there. We wish him all the best with Polar Bear International!
